One of the scribes came near and heard them disputing with one another,
and seeing that he answered them well, he asked him, "Which
commandment is the first of all?" Jesus answered, 'The first is, "Hear, O Israel:
the Lord our God, the Lord is one; you shall love the Lord your God with
all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all
your strength." The second is this, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
There is no other commandment greater than these." ~Mark 12:28-31

We can share our love, our joy, our happiness, our time, our food and
our money gladly with all. We can give out all the love we can with a
glad, free heart and hand. We can do all we can for others and back
will come countless stores of blessings. Sharing draws others to us.
We can take all who come as sent by God and give them a royal welcome.
We may never see the results of our sharing. Today they may not need
us, but tomorrow may bring results from the sharing we did today.

I pray that I may make each visitor desire to return.
I pray that I may never make anyone feel repulsed or unwanted.

God's eternal quest can be the tracking down of souls. We can join
God in this quest. Through briars, through waste places, through
glades, up mountain heights, down into valleys, God can lead us.
With God's leadership can go our helping hand. We can help God seek
lost sheep. We can bring the good news into places where it has not
been known before. We may not know which soul we will help, but we
can leave all results to God. We can just go with God in God's eternal
quest for souls.
